Please read through the policy packet and sign the Intake Form when booking your appointment!
Policies to be extra aware of:
Cancellation/rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice: no cancellation fee.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: a fee of 50% of the groom cost may apply.
No-show: a fee of 100% of the groom cost may apply.
A no show is defined as:
Client or Pet is unavailable due to client’s absence
There is a minimum service charge of $75 if Sarge’s Pupdos arrives and cannot complete services due to circumstances beyond the groomer's control.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services, onsite, no exceptions.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit - A convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Debit
Cash - We do not carry Change, please plan accordingly if you pay by cash!
Check
There is a $0.50 pre-authorization charge before storing a card on file to authenticate the card. This charge will be dropped immediately after the card is authenticated.
Additional service fees may apply if Fleas and/or Ticks are found on your pet:
